Ready or Not just released the third DLC today and large update, if you have the mission pass alpha it is part of it no need to purchase. Apparently the new DLC is a hit and the update improved the game leaps and bounds. Was 15+ gigs on my Xbox series s, haven’t played it yet.
Rambolita died today, video up soon. An aggressive move due to Assault global up close style and reviver hive does not proc which is easy to see. Never rely on reviver hive, it clearly failed as a backup. The server has been acting up too.
Favorite Star Wars game? Kotor vs The Force Unleashed. Knights of The Old Republic is a long rpg that has a killer story. The Force Unleashed is a shorter game but also a great story with amazing force powers game play. Both have high replay value.
Night Swarm survival game is one of the best ones, almost rpg too. Play it daily for a run or two.
Division 2 Realism mode played a bit more, started with Kajika location. Cleaners by echo I needed were tough, big guy comes out with huge flame in small area no place to run and about 5-7 buddies. It was definitely tougher, died quite a few times until I watched the spawns better. Definitely a headshot players mode. Cluster seeker mines are your best friend early on, actually they are probably too strong.
Rambolita has been reviver hived 4x in over 200+ hours on hardcore, I mention this because when I group up with other hardcore players some of them constantly fall on the floor to reviver. Never rely on reviver hive, play better and use Unbreakable with a 60 second cooldown on it.
Division 2 finished the 1000 SHD max for 5X XP event, split on soft/hardcore. Star Wars Outlaws seems pretty dang good to me so far, played a little over an hour. I bought so many new games the past 3 months, I play all of them a little here and there usually when bored of main games. Best new game I bought this year looks like Metal Eden or Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2. One very fast the ladder slower but excellent.
I bought Stars Wars Outlaws Ultimate Edition, was on sale been waiting a long time to try it. Hope this game is good in some way, lot of people been crapping on it but what I’ve seen seems interesting. Balder’s Gate 3 got put on backup disk, that game got on my nerves right now will try again later when I read about the combat better. It is a gorgeous graphics game though.
Rambolita got in danger in Capitol Building, was entering The House Chamber with upstairs area and rogues came instead. One had oxidizer and incinerator turret, this particular instance the rogues will only come out once you enter the room far enough and then the two doors lock behind you by ammo crate which is usually not the case. Logged out after unbreakable and rare reviver hive proc, had me pinned one up top shooting other one low with Oxy and flame turret in great position. Rogue Agent with Oxidizer is one of the most dangerous ones, it drains you fast. Would love to try that fight again, all 4 bandages used I had an assault turret which had them both about down to half. If I had the repair drone this would have been easier with a more aggressive in your face offense.
This was an instance where my heavy in cover play style worked against me and I needed to push up on that skiller rogue.
Do you even National Bond Armory? I do but only a few times, public executions for me The Division 2 sickos.
Metal Eden is fucking amazing fps, Deadzone Rogue a roguelite is also another you should check out.
Running all directives in Division 2 ammo low and armor damaged? Go to Settlements instead of safe house to reset armor and won’t loose ammo, like The Theatre.
Update: The Division 2 Pestilence Legmo Unicorn 4,241,263 million per tick. Nothing can top the Pestilence but the Big Alejandro is my second favorite LMG in the series, on Div 1 with Big Alejandro with Lone Star Classified set is pretty sweet. Still Pestilence is the king LMG! Ambush makes everything that is sit in cover based damage a monster, Oxidizer and Pesrilence builds shine during the global event in Division 2 right now.
The Division 2, Ambush global activated event hitting 3,260,815 million per tick with my “safe” pestilence PVE build holy fucking shit. Pestilence is on and cracking. Safe being no glass canon just a equalizer chest. Feels like XP is boosted or the rewards gave me a bunch. Doh three events active, 5X xp is the last one so wonder.
The Division 2 got a nice large update with new mode and graphics enhancement, very nice for my favorite game.
Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 is a very underrated game, it’s like Sniper Elite and The Division’s gadgets all in one game. The reviews are mixed for this and the first version, but I highly recommend 2. Have completed 3 contracts, they can take hours to finish each and have lots of extra stuff you can do on top for even longer. Just did Mount Kuamar contract and this was the best one so far. A contract is a set of objectives, then you have challenges and extra collectables you can do. When you finish an objective within a contract it’s not fully completed until you exfiltrate. So if a contract has 5 objectives you will exfiltrate 5 times otherwise the game will just reset the objective.
Balder’s Gate 3, not enjoying this crap at all. Hope it gets better, not noob friendly.
Marathon Deluxe Pre order was refunded, stale gameplay, overly complex UI, and menus did not impress me.
The Division 2 Huntsman AR, hardly use but in real world play its TTK seems way ahead of any other gun. Especially against war hounds as you would expect, the +21% health damage is not unique, other guns have it but on this one it just works better.
Trying to get my video clips on Xbox longer than the max of 1 minute at 1080p, can use 720p for 3 minutes now. 15-30 minutes would be a good mid point.
Refactor Oxidizer Legendary Solo Build posted, easy build to put together just do targeted loot refactor and empress international to get. I have been tweaking my future buff build, it’s changed a bit and is even better but requires situational awareness more than other builds. The most tactical build I use is future buff, teams love you with this.
Marathon after 8 runs I’ll give it a bump in score to 4/10, the UI is confusing. On console it’s using multiple buttons to go to different screens and some of those buttons are very unusual like left and right trigger to view new menus. Usually a menu button then use directional sticks to navigate and maybe left/right bumper buttons to select tabs. Extracted a couple times, got slaughtered the rest.
The Division 2 new players in legendaries, never be in front of the push just because you have the meta build from JoeSmoe YouTuber. Way more to the game than simply a build, I didn’t set foot into legendaries until after 1000 SHD.
Comment reset, Marathon opinion 3/10 will play more but my they billed me for full game before server slam came out, mIght refund game if nothing clicks this weekend. Balder’s Gate 3 bought and trying it out. Will be posting one of the best all around builds in The Division 2 for any content and one I solo legendaries with ‘Oxidizer Refactor’. A typical turret/drone setup is weak compared to this, included a few more play style tips list of things learned over time.
