- Kill 3 Outcast Scorchers (flamethrower enemy) in Downtown West. Do a bounty with flamethrower enemies to make it quicker.
- Compete 1 Outcast Public Execution in Downtown West. Tricky if you don’t have an Outcast execution event already so go take over the NE control point that should be Hyenas. The other control point (2 in West Downtown) should already be Outcast, then an Outcast Execution should appear.
- Complete 2 Control Points in Downtown West. Just reset control points if two not available.
