The Division 2, SHD Exposed and 3x XP.
Tips:
- Turn on all directives if you want max XP.
- Use an Ongoing Directive build like Rambolita to get non stop ammo when killing enemies with status effects or use pistol/sniper headshot build.
- Do open world Public Executions non stop if solo.
- Complete events then fast travel to location with another or multiple nearby.
- Lots of fast travel, if using Ongoing Directive set use settlements/missions/classifieds to not lose ammo when fast traveling.
- Over time you will develop a route, like Tidal Basin area is hotspot for Public Executions and other events all close together. Be aware a named enemy spawns there too and can be deadly if on Hardcore.
- If in good group also do Control Points to Public Executions route.
- Its up to you if you want the SHD Exposed event enabled, but the extra loot and exotic components make it worth it. Gain stars for each SHD level you gain which can be used to purchase special caches like exotic cache.
- SHD Exposed is easy, just do a cover to cover move near enemies if you don’t want to melee. If you don’t remove the debuff you can be easily one shotted, hardcore beware.
