Division 2, Rifles Are Just Hype, Mostly. So Steel & Sons ACR and Vindicator Exotic Rifles both have this magical HYPE word in the talents, AMP or amplified damage of some sort. I have used both in open world, on missions, and my opinion after awhile is they both are very underwhelming. Now the Lichtenberg and Teapot both named Rifles perform immediately and do not require a perfect scenario to see actual results. Lichtenberg is the best Rifle in the game in my opinion due to the amazing talent with multiple benefits, you can slap the gun into any build and it improves things just by itself. Teapot is very under the radar for many players with laser precision that is easy to attain due to the weapon mods you can put on it, recommend it for headshot builds even though talent is crit based.
