Watched a few of this guys videos and like his logic. I found this video to be very meat and potatoes for Chess movements in general without making it sound too complex. Video starts by showing why not moving pawns except center ones like C, D, E in the opening stage helps in defense. Using movement logic using value system of pieces, positioning to get better value, and then later how priorities change to make the easiest end game.
