The Division 2 – Oxidizer + 1 Paradox Augment 1.5% + Refactor

As seen on another YouTubers video, I had a refactor kneepad with the Paradox augment so I tested it out. Worked better than expected with just one Paradox augment at 1.5%, you can see my multiple charges refill often. Definitely leveling it up, sometimes it barely works other times it’s spam city like in the video. This works for all the Chem Launcher skills, make sure to setup your modifiers to spam overcharge every 20 seconds shown below, without the modifier constantly activated it doesn’t work it appears.

Active Modifier: Optimize/Overload, Passives: Saturate (Defense) , Invert (Offense), Saturate (Offense), stacks set to, 70,20,20. This allows you to Overcharge every 20 seconds, the overcharge lasts for 9 seconds.
